The luxury condominium building is the first of its size for La Grange since 2002 and revitalizes vacant land in the Historic District.

More than thirty La Grange officials, board members and La Grange Business Association representatives attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the 40 South Ashland Avenue luxury condominium building.
