LT newsletter earns tenth-straight All Star award

Lyons Township High School’s bimonthly electronic newsletter, E-News, recently received its tenth consecutive All Star award given by Constant Contact, an online marketing company. E-News is delivered twice a month to all parents and staff in the district. The All Star award recognizes hard work, reader engagement and results. Only 10% of Constant Contact newsletters are recognized for their marketing success.

Award criteria includes a high average of open and click-through rates, a low bounce rate and regular communication with audiences. LT typically sees an open rate approximately double the industry standard, with nearly half of all recipients opening the newsletter in a browser compared to just 24% industry-wide. Similarly, LT’s click through rate, a percentage that shows the number of times links are clicked in an email, is higher than the industry standard.
