LT Plans Open Houses For Parents

LA GRANGE, IL — Lyons Township High School will hold open houses for parents who are interested in touring the high school facilities. According to the school newsletter, the South Campus Open House is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6; the North Campus Open House is slated for the following Thursday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m.

During the open house, parents can tour the building, go through an abbreviated form of their student's schedule and ask questions. Teachers will describe the course and their expectations of the class. Parents are also encouraged to meet their student's counselor and visit the Discovery Center for information regarding available technology services.

Various parent groups will also be present to encourage membership participation or to sell merchandise and other items.
