LT Sophomores, Juniors Explore College Options
It will be held Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m. in the North Campus Reber Center.

LA GRANGE, IL — Discover College is a new program designed to introduce LT sophomores and juniors to various types of college options. It will be held Wednesday, Nov. 8, at 7 p.m. in the North Campus Reber Center. According to the school newsletter, this program replaces the Selective College Night program so that students can hear from a wider variety of post high school institutions, including the highly selective college.
The school said admissions representatives from five different types of colleges will make up a panel discussion, explaining what their institution has to offer and how it differs from the others. There will be a range of selectivity, size, function and educational options for students. The representatives are from Northwestern University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Depauw University, Michigan Technological University and the College of DuPage. Students will be able to ask questions of the representatives as well. Parents are welcome to attend.
