Boys' varsity volleyball and the girls' varsity lacrosse teams recently joined together to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children

The Lyons Township High School boys' varsity volleyball and the girls' varsity lacrosse teams recently joined together to volunteer and team build at Feed My Starving Children. The group, including volunteers from other communities and organizations, were able to pack 144 boxes, which will provide 31,104 meals for children in Guatemala and Nicaragua. According to boys’ assistant varsity coach Cassie Niego, “It was an incredible night with laughs and memories. Both teams know that their work on this evening was just a small token of what they can do when one instills the belief "We Before Me."” Not only did the students donate their time, but both programs also made financial donations as well.
