LT yearbook students win national recognition

The LT Tabulae yearbook staff recently attended and competed in a spring convention in Anaheim, CA

Members of the Lyons Township High School Tabulae yearbook staff recently attended the annual spring convention of the National Scholastic Press Association and the Journalism Education Association in Anaheim, California. The convention allows for the TAB yearbook to be judged and critiqued on-site by expert adjudicators. Students had the opportunity to attend seminars hosted by journalism professionals: as well as participate in individual write-off competitions. The students competed in writing, photography and design contests.

Nearly 1,200 students participated in the write-off competitions. LT’s convention contest results are below:
