LTHS announces new LION newspaper staff

Lyons Township High School is pleased to announce the staff of the LION newspaper for the 2018-2019 school year. In total, nearly 30 students will produce eight issues of the LION throughout the year.

The staff consists of soon-to-be juniors and seniors, who have a passion for journalism and excelled in the prerequisite class of Journalistic Writing. These students completed an application and underwent an interview process involving a committee of senior editors headed by advisor Jason Scales. The students will explore many aspects of journalism, from reporting and layout to web design and photography.
