LA GRANGE, IL - A junior at Nazareth Academy in La Grange received the top score on the ACT test. The school announced this week the 36 score earned by Nicholas Rozmus, who is the goalie on the school's boys soccer team and earned all-East Suburban Catholic Conference honors in 2018.

“Nick is creating his legacy at Nazareth through the outstanding ways he embodies our mission of educating the whole person. He excels both in and out of the classroom and represents the many students here who have received such thorough preparation for the next steps in their academic careers,” Principal Therese Hawkins said. “We join in congratulating Nick and his parents on this amazing accomplishment. We are extremely proud!”

Out of the 1.8 million students who take the ACT every year, roughly 1,000 get the highest possible score of 36, the school said in a news release.
