Park District of La Grange's Winter/Spring Resident Registration Is Underway

In preparation for winter and spring program registration, the Park District of La Grange has released its 2015 Winter/Spring brochure.

Registration for both La Grange and Countryside residents began Saturday, Dec. 6th, while non-resident registration will begin on Monday, Dec. 15th. Additionally, Early Bird Registration for early childhood and youth summer camps begins on Feb. 1. Individuals registering their child for any half day or full day of camp before April 1st will receive 10 percent off of the standard registration fee. Also if you register in the month of December you will be automatically entered in to win a $100 PDLG gift certificate.

With nearly 150 different types of programs including athletic and fitness classes; special interest courses; early childhood, trips, teen and senior offerings; and special events like Park Pride, Family Fun Night and the ever-popular Easter Egg Hunt, the Park District of La Grange has something for the entire family.

To view all of the different opportunities available this winter and spring, visit www.pdlg.org/programs and click on the winter/spring brochure cover. Residents of La Grange and Countryside will receive a hard copy of the brochure delivered in the mail by November 18th. Additional copies are available at our Recreation Center, located at 536 East Avenue in La Grange.

Once registration begins, patrons can sign up for classes by filling out a form at the Recreation Center or by registering online with a valid online account. To obtain an online account, patrons must register for one at the Recreation Center with an official proof of residency document, such as a government-issued ID, utility bill or lease. All programs have limited space, so community members are encouraged to register early to help ensure their spot. Contact the main office at 708-352-1762 for more information.
