Small Artwork Captures Big Awards for LT Artists
LTHS artists captured honors in the annual Chicagoland 4 X 5, the largest "small" art exhibit in the nation

Five Lyons Township High School student-artists captured honors in the annual Chicagoland 4 X 5, the largest “small” art exhibit in the nation. This regional exhibit displays student artwork from 49 high schools with more than 1,000 pieces entered, measuring 4x5 inches, created from the following categories: drawing, painting, photography, relief, sculpture, computer generated imagery, printmaking, and mixed media.
Of the art pieces submitted, just over 100 works are selected to receive awards. 1st, 2nd 3rd place and 10% from each category earned Honorable Mention.
