2nd Ward Alderman David Moore Resigns
Move to another part of Lake Forest opens door for Tim Newman as replacement.

Due to a move to another part of the city, Lake Forest Second Ward Alderman David Moore is resigning his post effective in May. He will be replaced by Tim Newman.
Moore is moving from the city’s Second Ward to the First Ward, according to the Lake Forester. He is in the midst of his third two-year term as alderman.
Mayor Don Schoenheider made the appointment of Newman public knowledge at the city’s April 20 council meeting. Newman is a financial advisor who was once a member of the city’s plan commission and president of the caucus.
