The topic of our February 7th breakfast is CRM – How the right Customer Relationship Management software can increase sales presented by Matt Stockert, Director of Business Development at Chicago Transom Partners.
Matt has been providing great customer service for over 25 years as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for financial institutions like PaineWebber, UBS and Credit Suisse.
In addition, Matt was Founder and CEO of Siena Advisors – an option strategies boutique for hedging fixed income portfolio risk with derivatives. Matt is a graduate of Loyola University with a BA in economics and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
