Detectives Bust Ecstasy Dealer Who Sold To Local Youth: Blotter
Lake Forest woman faces felony following 39 calls to 911; "combative and verbally abusive" Lake Forest man crashes SUV into tree: Blotter

LAKE FOREST — The following information comes from Lake Forest police and court records as a record of those arrested by police. Readers are reminded that an arrest is not an indication of guilt, and criminal charges, which represent merely accusations by the state, are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Lake County Circuit Clerk of Courts. All persons named are innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
ARRESTS
Mario Go, 35, of the 8600 block of North Shermer Avenue, Niles, was arrested around 2 a.m. Nov. 10 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop in the area of Waukegan and Everett roads. He was also issued an improper turn signal citation.
Ann M. Buckley, 78, of the 200 block of Leonard Wood Street, Highland Park, was arrested around 10 p.m. Nov. 14 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on Sheridan Road at McCormick Drive. An officer reported she appeared disoriented and admitted drinking wine before driving. She was also issued improper lane usage and speeding citations.

Christoper R. Lundergan, 53, of the 200 block of South Sheridan Road, Lake Forest, was arrested around 2 p.m. Nov. 15 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.08 or greater after officers reported finding him slumped over the wheel of a car in the area of Mayflower and Ringwood roads. Officers reported smelling booze on Lundergan before he produced a breath test indicating he had more than three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system. He was also issued citations for illegal transportation of an open container of alcohol by a driver and obstructing a highway.
Jimmy Figueroa, 23, of the first block of North Sumac Avenue, Waukegan, was arrested around 7:30 a.m. Nov. 20 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.08 or greater, leaving the scene of an accident, obstructing identification, possession of cannabis and driving with a suspended license after officers investigated a traffic crash at the intersection of Route 41 and Route 60. Police reported he gave false information after fleeing the scene and getting pulled over on Ridge Road. Officers found 5 grams of cannabis and administered a breath test indicating that Figueroa had nearly twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. Prosecutors approved a felony DUI charge because his license was already suspended at the time of the arrest. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.

Letoria Moore, 47, of the 400 block of Westmoreland Avenue, Waukegan, was arrested around 1:45 a.m. Nov. 23 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on Route 41. Police reported she appeared impaired and smelled of booze after she was pulled over for allegedly speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone with two bottles of beer and a bottle of wine in the car. She was also issued a speeding ticket.
Frances Swerdlow, 79, of the 300 block of Kelburn Road, Deerfield, was arrested around 9:15 p.m. Nov. 27 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police arrived at the scene of a two-car crash at the intersection of Route 41 and Route 60. Officer determined she had driven into a stationary car waiting at a red light and took her into custody following field sobriety testing. She was also issued citations for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
Mark H. Skinner, 30, of the 1100 block of Estes Avenue, Lake Forest, was arrested around 11:30 p.m. Nov. 28 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police were called to the intersection of Sheridan Road and Highview Terrace for a call that a Jeep Compass had just crashed into a tree. Officers reported smelling alcohol on Skinner, who police described as "combative and verbally abusive" before he was taken to the hospital for evaluation. He was also issued a citation for improper lane usage.
Cheryl Bouloukos, 73, of the 1100 block of Lynette Drive, Lake Forest, was arrested around 11 a.m. Dec. 1 at her home and charged with felony disorderly conduct after officers reported her repeated 911 calls were an abuse of the system. Police and fire personnel responded to 39 calls to 911 between Oct. 1 and Dec. 1. On the morning of her arrest, police reported she was intoxicated and uncooperative with officers and paramedics.
Bradley J. Tieman, 20, of the 1400 block of East End Avenue, Round Lake Beach, was arrested at 6 p.m. Dec. 3 at an unspecified location and charged with possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. Police reported he was arrested by detectives as part of an investigation opened after getting a tip that he had been selling narcotics to young people in Lake Forest. Officers found an unspecified amount of ecstasy package for sale in his possession prior to his arrest, police reported.
Hector Garcia, 37, of the 900 block of Barnhart Court, Zion, was arrested around 6 p.m. Dec. 7 after police noticed him talking on the phone while driving, pulled him over, and discovered he had three active arrest warrants issued by authorities in Kane and DuPage counties in connection with his failure to appear in court. His license was also suspended following an arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence and he has no proof of insurance, police reported. He was charged with both offenses and issued a citation for using a cell phone while driving.
