District 6 Participates in WSSA 2019 Stack Up

Many gym classes in Zion Elementary School District 6 stacked their way to a world record title!

Many gym classes in Zion Elementary School District 6 participated in the World Sport Stacking Association (WSSA) 2019 STACK UP! Students stacked cups with 635,000+ people around the globe to help break a Guinness World Record Title!

Cup Stacking is a fitness based sport that students from all backgrounds and abilities can do. For athletes and non-athletes alike, for kindergarteners or eighth graders, Cup Stacking is a great enhancement to normal fitness routines and has many benefits for cognitive development – including increased intelligence, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
