Free Health Screenings: Glucose, Cholesterol, Blood Pressure and Hearing for all adults.  Sample healthy foods, participate in sample classes of Pilates/Stretch & Balance; Tap Fitness; Tai Chi.  Find resources and information on all varieties of living options for older adults, home care, recreational and support programs and activities offered at the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Senior Center at Dickinson Hall.  Register for classes, lectures, trips, parties and learn about art classes held at Stirling Hall, all on the beautiful Grove Cultural Campus.  Health Fair held at Dickinson Hall, Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Senior Center.
