Reaching New Heights with LEGO design: featuring LEGO artist Adam Reed Tucker

This event is for children age 7 and up.  Adam Reed Tucker, LEGO artist and architect will discuss his work designing LEGO kits of the world's most renowned buildings.  He will also have some of his larger LEGO models on hand.  Children are invited to bring in their own LEGO structures and compete for the most original, most complex and tallest structure. Included in the ticket price, each child will receive an autographed LEGO kit of the Burj Kahlifa, the tallest building on the planet, (a $25 value.)

This children's event coincides with the LF-LB Historical Society's annual benefit:  Local Legends - Adrian Smith, architect of the tallest building in the world, interviewed by Bill Kurtis on October 29, 2011 at 4:00 pm at Gorton Community Center.  Please contact the LF-LB Historical Society for more information.
