HIGHWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTS FIRST CHAMBER MIXER OF 2015

HIGHWOOD, IL (FEBRUARY 11, 2015) – The Highwood Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the first 2015 Chamber Mixer will be held at Studio226 Media, 226 Green Bay Road in Highwood, on Wednesday, February 11th from 5:30-7:30pm. The mixer provides an excellent way to network amongst other chamber members and guests, enjoy fabulous food and drinks from Highwood’s legendary Del Rio Restaurant, and have a wonderful time celebrating the growth and development of such a wonderful community.

Attendees will learn about media and marketing from Studio226 Media, a “full service media company, providing businesses and consumers with professional photography, video, and web-based services along with live-streamed training, classes, and events all in one space”. They will present attendees with tips on speed branding, where participants can “learn to understand the differences in the levels of branding based on the size of your business,” says Studio226 Media.

The evening will also feature media giveaways, raffle for a live Linkedin head shot, and a chance to receive a free brand makeover from Studio226 Media. The Chamber invites the public to join its members for a night of mixing and mingling. This mixer continues the trend of incredible events put on by the Highwood Chamber of Commerce, including Highwood’s Evening Markets, Highwood Days, Bloody Mary Fest and Garlic Fest. The Chamber is certainly leaving its mark on the North Shore as the community event specialist, with experiences that leave lasting impressions.
