Incident in Lake Forest Lands Man Sexual Abuse Charge

A McHenry man was charged with criminal sexual abuse on April 17, two days after an investigation into indecent exposure at a business in the 100 block of North Field Drive began.

Michael J. Brennan, 28, faces one charge of criminal sexual abuse.

According to a Lake Forest police report, a victim at the business reported Brennan had exposed himself while touching the victim inappropriately. After detectives were able to independently verify the report, Brennan was charged with criminal sexual abuse. He was processed and transported to Lake County Jail for a bond hearing.
