LAKE BLUFF, IL -- Charm! That’s what Lake Bluff is known for, and it doesn’t get more charming than Lake Bluff History Museum’s Holiday Home Tour. The 2022 tour of local homes decked out in holiday finery takes place December 4 from 11 am to 4 pm, giving visitors an opportunity to experience each homeowner’s unique style while gathering ideas to use in their own homes.

Featured houses span the decades and architectural styles – from Victorian to Cottage to American Four Square and more. The tour also includes two Holiday Boutiques in historic homes, where guests will find art, jewelry, clothing and decor sourced, and in many cases created, by local artisans. And this year visitors will be able to enjoy the village’s historic uptown district! Many stores, restaurants and cafes will be open for holiday shopping, drinking and dining before, during and after the Holiday Home Tour.

Bring a friend and make a day of it!
