Lake Forest & North Shore Real Estate Update

Going in to 2014 it looks like the entire North Shore real estate market will be robust. With interest rates holding steady and more home buyer confidence, it appears there is more home buyer interest than 2013.

What we see is home prices and home values moving in the right direction and homes for sale in the spring market will probably be priced higher than last year. This could be great news for sellers and price shock for buyers. 

Right now there are many home buyers looking to purchase a home in the North Shore. Most of these buyers were looking last year and either couldn't find the home they wanted, or lost the deal to multiple offers that caused many homes to sell over list price. 2014 will be a very interesting year.
