LFHS Quarterback William Bro Picks Fighting Illini

William Bro, quarterback of the Lake Forest High School football team, will join the football team at the University of Illinois this fall after being offered a preferred walk on position. He will be a redshirt freshman for the Fighting Illini during the 2015 season.

“I am excited to compete at the Division 1 level with the Fighting Illini at the University of Illinois,” Bro said.

Bro is a three-sport athlete at LFHS, having played quarterback for the Scouts all four years and also competing in basketball and baseball.
