LFHS Runners Qualify For National Junior Olympic Championships
The four qualified recently in a variety of events.

A quartet of Lake Forest High School student athletes will run at the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships next week.
Emma Milburn qualified in the 3000 meter, 1500 meter and 800 meter events for the 15-16 year girls division at the World Youth Track and Field Trials, according to a Facebook post by the Lake Forest High School Athletic Boosters.

Katie Condon qualified by winning 1st place in two events in the 17-18 year old girls division in the 800 meters race (2:20.53) and the 1500 meter race (4:51.43). Condon also finished second in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:41.53 in the 17-18 girls division at the USA Track and Field Youth National Championships on July 5 at Benedictine University.

Haley Click qualified with a fourth place finish in the 400 meter hurdles (1:07.89) and a second in the 2000 meter Steeplechase (7:59.92) in the 17-18 year girls division.
Etienne Najman qualified with the top finish in the 15-16 year old boys division in the 3000 meter race with a time of 9:26.25.
