No Cat Up a Tree: Cops Rescue Drunken Teen Stuck on a Roof

The Lake Forest Fire Department helped get the 17-year-old down.

Lake Forest, IL—An intoxicated 17-year-old male was cited with criminal trespass after police pulled him down from the roof of a home being built, according to Lake Forest police reports.

Officers responded to a call around 8:41 p.m. May 27 of a drunken boy stuck on the roof of a house under construction in the 500 block of Circle Lane, the report stated. With help from the Lake Forest Fire Department, police rescued the teen from the roof, the report added.

The boy was given an administrative hearing citation and released to his parents.
