Park District Seeks Citizens for Committee Openings

The Lake Bluff Park District Board of Park Commissioners is accepting applications to fill three Board Committee vacancies. Potential candidates must be Lake Bluff Park District residents.

Last month, the Board approved restructuring committees to allow for citizen involvement. This fits the Lake Bluff Park District’s Strategic Plan and Succession Planning. The selected candidate will fill a term which runs until April 2017.

Interested community members are invited to submit statements of interest and qualifications before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. Application details, including a questionnaire, can be found on the Park District’s website at www.lakebluffparks.org.
