• Lake Forest Council Approves 3-Unit Condo Building On Oakwood Avenue (patch.com) — Lake Forest's City Council has approved a two-story, three-unit condo building at Westminster and Oakwood, replacing the former Marweedy farmhouse and an office on the quarter‑acre corner. The unanimously backed project will include an underground garage and materials chosen to fit the neighborhood, though construction timelines and interior layouts are still to be finalized.
