Rauner Names Lake Forest Resident to Racing Board

Jeffrey Brincat will serve as chairman. Highland Park man also named to board.

A pair of North Shore natives were recently named to the Illinois Racing Board by Gov. Bruce Rauner.

The Lake Forester reports the announced appointments of Lake Forest resident Jeffrey Brincat, 52, the CEO of Consumer Financial Services Inc. as chairman of the board that regulates horse racing in Illinois and Robert Muriel, 49, a Highland Park man with a small business litigation firm in Chicago as a member.
