Register Now for Winter Programs at YMCA
The North Suburban YMCA offers exciting classes and activities for all ages. Winter session programs start January 5.
Registration is now open for Winter and Spring programs at the North Suburban YMCA, located at 2705 Techny Road in Northbrook. Regular classes at the North Suburban YMCA include fitness, dance, yoga, aquatics, visual arts, gymnastics, and more, taught by experienced, caring instructors. Personal training and small group exercise classes enhance wellness with targeted, individualized strategies. Our state-of-the-art fitness center contains over 100 pieces of cardio and resistance equipment, with trained staff on hand at all times for guidance. Active older adults enjoy specialized programming, including water aerobics, low impact cardio classes, chair yoga, and pickleball.
