Resurfacing Planned on Lake Bluff Streets in May, June

The village board has set aside nearly half-a-million to fix up nearly a dozen roads.

LAKE BLUFF, IL - Several streets in Lake Bluff will be resurfaced and patched this year.

The village board allocated $488,500 to fix ten streets from May 1 to July 1, the Daily North Shore reports.

Among them are Pine Court between Hancock and Washington avenues; Oak Avenue between Washington Street and Blodgett Avenue and Hancock between Garfield and Lincoln avenues.

Peter Baker and Sons Construction Company of Lake Bluff was the lowest of four bids for the project and will perform the work.
