Fresh and fast, the high-heat cooking

pieces of Meat, Seafood or Tofu to create satisfying and healthy ONE-DISH MEALS
IN MINUTES. First we’ll demonstrate the
steps to sizzling success with Orange-Cilantro BOK CHOY & SALMON. Then you’ll prepare Tamari-Ginger TOFU with
Broccoli, CHICKEN “Curry in a Hurry,” and Lemon BEEF with Asparagus, Shiitake
& Pea Pods. This also class offers
an opportunity to practice essential mincing and dicing skills. “Wok up” your busy weekday entrees with this
speedy and versatile technique!
