VIDEO: Want to Make A Mountain Out Of A Tomato?

If you haven't thought of all uses for the tomato, there is one farm that has. 

Sauce for spaghetti or whatever pasta dish you like is Tomato Mountain's specialty. But there is so much more the tomato has to offer.

"Salsas, preserves like jelly, and even bloody mary mix," said Robin Schirmer, manning Tomato Mountain's booth at the

All their products are vegan and gluten-free. They also make everything close to home, which is on 12 acres in Brooklyn, Wis., about a half-hour south of Madison.

"Our kitchen is right on the farm, so what we make has a fresh flavor to it," said Schirmer.

Tomato Mountain has a table all summer at the Lake Bluff Farmer's Market, which runs 7 a.m. to noon Fridays through Oct. 14.
