Warehouse Boxing Gym Moves to a New Location

Warehouse Gym & Boxing Club is pleased to announce its new location in Highwood. Focusing on individual training for members and boxing enthusiasts, North Shore’s most authentic boxing gym balances the elements of an extensive workout and grueling drills focusing on form and discipline. The newly designed facility opens on Friday, June 19th and incorporates safety standards and cleaning protocols with equipment social distancing and necessary measures in light of the current situation.

“I enjoy working with people of all ages,” explains Albert. “Boxing is a teacher and provides tools for physical well-being and health. Keeping in mind the recent pandemic, many have realized the importance of movement. Exercise enhances endurance, productivity and concentration. My cutting-edge gym is a fitness haven for business leaders, executives, athletes, moms, and enthusiasts. And over the years, my one-on-one sessions are well-liked as they inspire clients to achieve success at their own level while staying focused on measured goals. Warehouse Gym & Boxing Club is owned by Highland Park resident and former boxing champion, Albert Falcon. Soon after opening his doors in 1979, Albert’s club became the choice facility for boxers and fitness enthusiasts. Over the years, Albert has been at the forefront of the fitness craze offering customized training programs for former boxers, women, young athletes, kids. His gym is a popular backdrop for rappers and music videos.

Albert believes that boxing is the most demanding, full body workout available. Warehouse Gym & Boxing Club is not just a gym--it's a lifestyle. Now located in Highwood, the gym offers 2,500 square-feet of weight training and cardio equipment, two full-size boxing rings, punch bags and speed bags.
