Western Ave. Urinator Found With Pot, Ammo: Cops
The 20-year-old man from Lake Forest fled police, but was arrested shortly after.

LAKE FOREST, IL - A 20-year-old Lake Forest man who was caught urinating on Western Avenue fled police, but was found shortly after with drugs and firearm ammunition.
Police in Lake Forest arrested Thomas J. Seibert, 20, 441 Sanders Road at 12:42 a.m. on Dec. 27 and charged him with public intoxication, resisting a peace officer, unlawful possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of false identification.
An officer saw Seibert on foot in the 700 block of Western Avenue “apparently urinating,” according to a report. Seibert fled but was apprehended a short while after and was found to be “intoxicated and in possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, false identification and several loose rounds of firearm ammunition.”
