Phil Gafka is a Certified Business Coach, Founder and Principal of LEAP Associates, Inc. Phil has worked with organizations on management issues and strategic direction. Working with management and staff at all levels of an organization, he has facilitated the development of Strategic and Business Plans, Marketing Strategies, Leadership, Management and Sales Development skills. Prior to founding LEAP Associates, Inc., Phil was the President/CEO of two high-end appliance distributorships in the Midwest. Phil holds a Bachelor’s of Business from Western Illinois University.
