Wrigley Field Reopened After Reported Bomb Threat
Bomb sniffing dogs and police sweeping Wrigley Field, news reports say.

Update, 8:09 p.m. Sunday -- Wrigley Field was given the all clear after a bomb threat evacuated staff and news media from the ball park for about an hour late Sunday afternoon.
The stadium had already been cleared of fans after the Cubs’ 2-0 victory over the San Francisco Giants.
Bomb sniffing dogs and Chicago police searched Wrigley Field after Cubs’ officials reportedly received a telephone threat that there was a bomb inside the ball park.

The Chicago Cubs released a statement after Chicago police gave the all clear:
“Following our game this afternoon, we received a bomb threat and took swift action to clear the few remaining fans, players, staff and media from the ballpark. After a thorough search by law enforcement, no evidence was found to suggest this threat was credible. We take safety at Wrigley Field seriously and are working with law enforcement authorities to pursue the person who initiated this threat.”

Original story -- News media finishing up after the Cubs 2-0 victory over the San Francisco Giants are reporting that they have been evacuated from the press box because of a bomb threat.
The first reports of something amiss came in just before 6 p.m. Sunday. Chicago police ordered a “quick evacuation” of the ballpark, according to tweets by reporters.
