IV Solution, Ketamine Centers Of Chicago Sponsors NAMIWALKS Chicago: Sending A Message Against Mental Health Stigma

CHICAGO, IL (SEPTEMBER 2017) – IV Solution, Ketamine Centers of Chicago, the first private facility to offer clinically proven intravenous ketamine therapies for the treatment of depression and other ailments, is thrilled to team up with National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Chicago in support of their 12th annual 5K Walk September 16, 2017 at DuSable Harbor on Chicago’s Lakefront.

In recognition of September as Suicide Awareness Month, IV Solution will join teams of walkers, organizations, individuals and families to show their support and advocacy around mental illness.

“Our patients have been experiencing outstanding results, and as the only facility of its kind in Chicago we are working extremely hard to get the word out about ketamine therapy to those experiencing depression,” says Chief Medical Officer at IV Solution, Dr. Bal Nandra who received his training from the University of Chicago Hospitals Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care. “This alternative therapy can help so many people and we’re thrilled to team up with NAMI Chicago to touch those that will benefit the most.”

IV Solution, Ketamine Centers of Chicago has meticulously assembled a top-notch team of registered nurses with ketamine infusion experience, along with licensed therapists and technicians who care for patients and collaborate with their primary care physician, specialist, or mental health professional to optimize treatment and ensure continuity of care.
