Police Looking for Canoeist Reported Missing Wednesday Morning

Frederico Borman, 24, was last seen in Albany Park near the Chicago River.

Police are looking for a 24-year-old Chicago man who went missing after Wednesday morning, according to a Chicago Tribune report.

Frederico Borman, an avid canoeist living near Chritiana and Wilson Avenues, was last seen at about 8 a.m. Wednesday, in Albany Park near the Chicago River, the report stated. His homemade canoe and blue bike also are missing, the report added.

  • 5-feet-7-inches tall, 150 pounds
  • brown hair
  • brown eyes
  • wearing orange and black gym shoes

Chicago Police are encouraging anyone with information about Borman to call the Area North Special Victims Unit at 312-744-8266.
