South Side Men Robbed Cash from Woman's Hand: Cops
Woman was carrying cash in her hand as she walked down street, police said.

Two South Side men have been charged with robbing a woman who was carrying money in her hand as she walked down a busy street in Lakeview late Monday evening.
Police said that Michael Lee, 22, and Deonvtae King, 20, came up to the woman and robbed her as she walked down the 3100 block of North Clark Street around 10:45 p.m.

Lee is also charged with misdemeanor count of battery when he punch a 25-year-old man in the head who had tried to stop the robbery, Chicago Police News Affairs said.
The men then fled the scene. Police arrested the men moments later. Lee and King were positively identified and charged with felony robbery, police said.

The woman was not injured.
Lee’s last known address is 1400 block of South Canal Street. King’s address is the 400 block of East 51st Street.
