Shop. Eat. Drink. It's that simple. Our bottle shop and bar offer a collection of carefully curated craft beers, whiskeys, spirits and wines. Our food is sourced for the purest and freshest taste possible. When it comes down to it, our mission is to provide great food and drinks in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, so just CONSUME!

Consume offers intimate seating for up to 80 people. With a seasonal, locally sourced menu that includes charcuterie board, grass fed burgers, small shareable plates and a kids menu – there is something for everyone. Our bar offers over 50 bottle/canned beers, 24 draft beers and eight draft wines. After your meal stop in our Bottle Shop and grab some of your favorite craft beers, wine and liquor for home.

With an emphasis on green culture there will be no waste and we will be eco-friendly. For example, draft wine is served only in kegs. There is no waste of wine, cork or anything else.
