Ela Township Offers Parking for LZHS Students at Knigge Park

Parking permits for 2016-17 will be determined by lottery. Students can submit their information to the township beginning June 1.

There will be parking for high school students available at the Ela soccer field (Knigge Park) for the school year 2016-2017. If you are interested, please follow these directions:

Beginning June 1, 2016, send a 3×5 index card with student name, address, phone number and email address inside an envelope addressed to: Ela Township Highway Dept., 23605 N. Echo Lake Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047.

All cards must be postmarked by June 30 to be considered in the lottery drawing for the spaces. Only one post card per household with only one student name per card will be accepted. All recipients of one of the 45 spaces will be notified by email by July 15 with instructions to mail back a completed application and fee for the space.

If you do not receive an email from us, your card was not pulled from the lottery drawing. No requests will be taken by phone, and no requests will be considered if sent before June 1.

If your name is drawn in the lottery, complete the online application and mail it to the Ela Township Highway Department with a fee of $350.00.
