Ela Township Youth Program Job Opening: Homework Club Help

The Ela Youth Program is seeking to fill a position for its after school Homework Club for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Homework Club staff are responsible for supervising and providing academic help to children in kindergarten through fifth grade. This position also requires working with other staff to plan, implement and supervise a variety of engaging activities for children.

The program runs every day that School District 95 is in session. Homework Club staff must be able to work 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on regular school days; 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on regular release days; and 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on days school is not in session.

Homework Club starts Aug. 23 and runs to the end of the school year. The program is held at the Ela Community Center located at 380 Surryse Road, in Lake Zurich.

Applicants must be 18+ and have prior childcare experience. Rate starts at $13/hour.
