Kids in grades 3 or higher who love the color blue will enjoy creating a sky, lake or sea collage using different textures and shades of blue scraps during this workshop.
Please register in advance with a valid Ela Area Public Library card. 24 hour cancellation notice is required if unable to attend as there is a waiting list for this craft program.
