Help clean up any of the 32 Lake Zurich parks and then meet at Paulus Park for a tree planting and tree pruning demonstration by the Village Arborist and members of the Lake Zurich Tree Commission. See the rain garden and learn how to make your own. Kids will have lots of fun in a scavenger hunt and tree identification contest. All clean-up participants will be treated to a barbeque at 12 p.m.
Families, individuals or scout groups are all welcome to take part in this event. Call Bonnie Matheson at 847-438-5798 by April 15 to volunteer.
