This is a year-long program that meets one day every other month. (The first session will be 2 days long.) Also, there will be a 90 minute conference call every month the class does not meet to keep participants on track. Class size is limited.
The LZ Area Chamber of Commerce and Ernst Enterprises, LLC will teach business owners skills to be used on the job. Some of the topics to be covered are interviewing, setting performance objectives, motivating employees, communicating in a straightforward manner.
