Brighten your homes with tried and true house plants. Explore their needs, best locations, disease, insects and cultures within our homes in this informative and interactive slide presentation. This program will be presented by Ken Bensen. Mr. Bensen has a bachelors and masters degrees in horticulture from the University of Illinois and is the former host of the cable television program "Landscape with Ken Bensen". He is also a founding member of MELA (Midwest Ecological Landscapers Association). Program will be followed by refreshments and a short business meeting discussing community projects and upcoming events. This meeting is free and open to the public.
