The College of Lake County Grayslake Campus is holding a class titled "Strategic Planning for Small Businesses." Learn the four areas essential for all small businesses: operations, marketing, finance and people. Class attendants will also develop a one-page strategic plan and a one-page action plan and participate in online modules.
