‘Face the Truth Tour’ Demonstration Planned Thursday

Pro-Life Action League members to display signs, some graphic, at Routes 12 and 22.

The Pro-Life Action League will be holding up signs – some depicting aborted fetuses – on Thursday at Routes 12 and 22.

“We understand how disturbing it can be to see pictures relating to abortion, and I wish we didn’t have to show them,” said Eric Scheidler, Pro-Life Action League executive director. “But I feel we have to, because of the unseen killing of 3,500 children every day; we have a responsibility to highlight this.”

The “Face the Truth Tour” demonstration will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 10:30 a.m.

Motorists also will see signs alerting them to the demonstration before the intersection to allow time to avoid it if they choose to.

Those who decide to pass through the intersection should expect to see graphic pictures of aborted fetuses and other realities of abortion.

There also will be depictions of children developing in the womb, as well as newborn babies.

“We also want to show pictures of children who are given the chance to live,” Scheidler said.

In addition, Pro-Life Action League members will be handing out literature explaining in more detail what the images depict, as well as providing resources for individuals considering abortion and those dealing with its aftermath.
