Lake Zurich Emergency Call Center Hiring 911 Dispatcher

LAKE ZURICH, IL - The village of Lake Zurich has opened up a job search for a dispatcher position. The Lake Zurich Emergency Call Center is a multi-agency 911 Public Safety Answering Point that provides communications for six police departments and two fire protection districts, according to a job listing on the Lake Zurich website.

Lake Zurich dispatches police, fire and EMS units to calls for service using Infor/Enroute Computer Aided Dispatch, Zetron touch screen radio system, STARCOM21, Solacom touch screen telephones and Medical Priority ProQA Emergency Medical Dispatch protocols.
