Police Blotter: Vehicle Burglaries, Violation of Order of Protection
The Lake Zurich Police Department reports arrests and crimes from Jan. 31 to Feb. 3.

Burglary to Motor Vehicle
A man reported Jan. 30 that unknown subject(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and stole numerous tools while it was parked in the 300 block of Meadow Lane. The value of the property is estimated at $1,000. Police are investigating.

A man reported Feb. 1 that unknown subject(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed cigarettes and money while it was parked in the 200 block of Denberry Drive. The items were valued at $26. Police are investigating.
A man reported that unknown subject(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed money while parked in the 200 block of Washo Drive. Police are investigating the estimated loss $60 loss.

Violation of Order of Protection
On Jan. 31, Edward J. DiGangi, 53, of 5N339 Bunker Terrace, Itasca, was arrested and charged with two counts of violation of an order of protection in the 700 block of S. Rand Road. Police said DiGangi was taking photographs in the protected location area. He was held at the Lake Zurich Police Department to await a bond hearing.
Theft
An individual reported that unknown subject(s) stole a manhole cover near Commerce Drive and Telser Road. The item was valued at $350.
Drugs
Curtis B. Roach, 20, of 37 Mionske Drive, Lake Zurich, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis at his residence. He was also cited for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of alcohol by a minor. He consented to a residence search, where police discovered 46 grams of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Lake Zurich Police Department to await a bond hearing.
Michael K. Conte, 18, of 21452 W. Oak Trail, Kildeer, was arrested Feb. 1 for driving under the influence of drugs near Route 22 and Ela Road. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a March 5 court date.
Alcohol
Cheryl A. Barrett, 41, of 862 W. Saratoga Circle, Island Lake, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She was also cited for improper lane usage and driving on a suspended license. Barrett was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a March 5 court date.
Traffic
Ruben D. Ceballos-Barranco, 20, of 6406 Midleton Lane, McHenry, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with driving with no valid driver’s license near Route 12 at Cuba Road. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 17 court date.
Leslie M. Rogers, 27, of 370 Ferndale Court Unit B1, Schaumburg, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with driving without a valid drivers license on the 1200 block of South Rand Road. She was also cited for operating a vehicle with an expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle. Rogers was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a March 7 court date.
Gregory W. Doose, 22, 1780 Chestnut Lane, Hoffman Estates, was charged with driving while license suspended Jan. 31 near Route 22 and Rainbow Road. He was also cited for unlawful possession of cannabis and improper lane usage. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 17 court date.
