Police Blotter: Damaged School Bus; Vulgarities Scratched In Concrete

The Lake Zurich Police Department reports crimes from Aug. 10-11.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Traffic

Grzegorz Zieminski, 46, of 33007 N. John Mogg Road, Wildwood, was charged with driving while license revoked Aug. 11 near Route 22 and Telser Road. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Sept. 16 court date.

Warrant

Jasmin M. Drane, 19, of 201 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, was arrested Aug. 11 on a warrant for failure to pay restitution. She was released on cash bond.

Criminal Damage

An individual reported Aug. 10 that someone scratched vulgarities and designs into fresh concrete on the 500 block of Farm Bridge Road. Police are investigating.

An individual reported Aug. 10 that someone damaged the rear window of a school bus while it was parked on the 300 block of Church Street. Damage was estimated at $300. Police are investigating.
