Police Blotter: DUI, Driving Without a Valid Drivers License
The Lake Zurich Police Department reports crimes from May 7-9.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Traffic Violations
Senora K. Smith, 20, of 3060 Kathe Lane No. B2, Waukegan, was charged with driving without a valid drivers license May 8 on the 400 block of South Rand Road. She was also cited for failure to wear a safety belt when required. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a June 17 court date.

Luis A. Zavalas-Romo, 22, of 14 Terrace, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving without a valid drivers license May 9 on Route 12 at Paulus Park. He was also cited for operating a vehicle with one headlamp. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a July 6 court date.
DUI

Kristen C. LaJeunesse, 30, of 322 W. Miner St. No. 2B, Arlington Heights, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol May 7 at Route 12 and North Old Rand Road. She was also cited for improper lane usage, failure to wear a safety belt and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 13 court date.
Timothy S. Johnson, 26, of 1803 Cassandra Lane, McHenry, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol May 7 at Route 12 and Ela Road. He was also cited for improper lane usage and texting while driving. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 6 court date.
Tancredi W. Atteo, 18, of 1746 E. Corktree Lane, Mount Prospect, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol May 8 at Routes 12 and 22. Atteo was also cited for failure to wear a safety belt, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol by a minor and DUI over .08. Atteo was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 13 court date.
Daniel R. Rohr, 24, of 1344 Ada Lane, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol May 8 at Route 12 and Cuba Road. He was also cited for improper lane usage and DUI over .08. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 13 court date.
Ilya Satinsky, 73, of 32 Baconsfield Court, Lincolnshire, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol May 8 at Route 12 and Quentin Road. Satinsky was also cited for DUI over .08, improper lane usage and endangering a child. Satinsky was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a June 27 court date.
Criminal Defacement
An individual reported May 6 that an unknown subject damaged his vehicle with paint while it was parked on the 900 block of Old Mill Grove Road. Police are investigating the matter.
Burglary
An individual reported May 6 that unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a digital camera while the vehicle was parked on the 100 block of North Old Rand Road. The camera was valued at $375. Police are investigating the matter.
